Disturbed's cover of Simon & Garfunkel's "The Sound Of Silence," released on their latest album Immortalized, reached number 1 on Billboard's Hard Rock charts. The version sold two million digital copies in six months and has been streamed over 54 million times, in addition to receiving praise from the songwriter himself, Paul Simon.
