Liquid Tension Experiment released their third studio album, titled LTE3 . This is the band's first release in over 20 years, with their last album, LTE2, released in 1999 and their first album the year before.

LTE3 features 13 instrumental tracks of pure prog metal created in 2020. Speaking about the new release, Mike Portnoy commented: “The best thing to come out of 2020 was this long-awaited reunion! And it was definitely worth the wait, because after all these years, the magic chemistry was still there and stronger than ever!”

Liquid Tension Experiment is a supergroup formed by John Petrucci, Mike Portnoy, Jordan Rudess, and Tony Levin . Their new album is available on all streaming platforms and can be listened to below via Spotify.
