According to TMZ, Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington was found dead at his residence this morning, the 20th. The source says the vocalist committed suicide by hanging. The musician was 41 years old and leaves behind six children.
Linkin Park had their heyday in the early 2000s with the albums "Hybrid Theory" and "Meteora." The band released their latest album, One More Light , in May and was one of the headliners at the Maximus Festival in São Paulo this year.
No official statement has yet been released regarding the death. More information is expected to be released soon.
