Linkin Park updated their social media with the date of the mysterious announcement that fans have been waiting for.
The post, published this Thursday, the 29th, features a partial image of the band's logo and the following caption: "Be part of something. September 5th."
The post redirects fans to the official Linkin Park website , where the band initially started a 100-hour countdown. After the countdown ended, the clock began counting down linearly and remains active to this day.
