Linkin Park doesn't seem to want to waste any time after the release of their album From Zero last November. A new documentary recently released by the band, focused on the behind-the-scenes of their current world tour, showed vocalist and guitarist Mike Shinoda and new lead vocalist Emily Armstrong recording what appears to be a new track.
In the video, released on the band's official YouTube channel, Armstrong appears in a Los Angeles studio singing the line " Sometimes it feels like …", accompanied by an intense instrumental backing track. The segment ends abruptly, leaving fans intrigued about a future release. "Excuse me? Nobody's going to comment on the ending?? New music? Yes, please!" says the first comment on the video.
This potential new project is surprising given the short interval since the release of From Zero , Linkin Park's first album in seven years, which also marked the group's official return after the death of former vocalist Chester Bennington in 2017.
With the new lineup, which now also includes drummer Colin Brittain , the band has announced more than 50 shows around the world in 2025 , including four dates in Brazil in November: Rio de Janeiro (November 8), São Paulo (November 10), Brasília (November 13), and Porto Alegre (November 15). Tickets are not yet on sale.
