Linkin Park announces special edition of 'Meteora' with unreleased tracks.

The 20th anniversary reissue of the album will be released on April 7th.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Meteora (2003) , Linkin Park announced the release of a special box set that will be available in stores and on streaming services on April 7th. The reissue includes a deluxe version with previously unreleased tracks taken from the album's archives.

One of these tracks is the previously unreleased “Lost,” released this Friday, the 10th, as a gift for fans. “Finding this track was like finding a favorite photo you forgot you took, as if it were waiting for the right moment to reveal itself,” comments Mike Shinoda in a statement.

“For years, fans have been asking us to release something with Chester [ Bennington , the beloved vocalist who passed away in 2017] voice, and I’m so happy we were able to do it in such a special way,” he continues. “I think they’re going to be blown away when they hear and see all the incredible unreleased songs and video material on Meteora 20.

The special Meteora 20 will feature six unreleased tracks (via Billboard ), including "Lost," as well as demos, live concert footage, B-sides, and previously unreleased video material from the band. The project will be released in digital format, a super deluxe box set, a deluxe vinyl box set, and a 3-CD deluxe set. Visit the band's website for more information.
