Linkin Park has announced two shows, part of their From Zero World Tour, on November 15th and 16th at Allianz Parque in São Paulo. The tour marks the band's return to the stage after 7 years, since the passing of their vocalist Chester Bennington. Tickets are on sale at Ticketmaster.
And to join the marathon of shows, the Brazilian group Ego Kill Talent will participate in both nights in São Paulo. The current EKT lineup includes Theo van der Loo, Miguel Boaventura Jr., Raphael Miranda , and Emmily Barreto.
LP last performed in Brazil in 2017 at the Interlagos racetrack, two months before the death of vocalist Chester Bennington.
New formation
The band announced on September 5, 2024, via a live stream on social media, their new vocalist, Emily Armstrong, from Dead Sara, and also the departure of their drummer Rob Bourdon, who was replaced by Colin Brittain.
The current Linkin Park consists of Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Phoenix, Joe Hahn, Emily Armstrong , and Colin Brittain.
