Linkin Park confirms their arrival in Brazil with a post on social media; check out the video.

The band used a video with fans to make the announcement; dates and cities have not yet been revealed.

Linkin Park has just announced on their social media a short teaser confirming the band's arrival in Brazil. In the posted video, several fans appear shouting "Come to Brazil." Then, the chorus of the song "The Emptiness Machine" begins to play and a phrase appears in Portuguese: "Nós vamos" (We're going).

The video ends with the Brazilian flag and the band's logo. Dates haven't been announced yet, but the confirmation has already served to excite their huge fan base across the country.

Last July 21st, Mike Shinoda posted an image on his Instagram stories that supposedly showed a model of Rio de Janeiro with Christ the Redeemer in the background. This post only increased fans' anticipation regarding rumors pointing to the band's arrival. Now, with the confirmation, the new expectation revolves around the dates and cities that might host the famous American band.

Linkin Park now consists of Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson , Phoenix , Joe Hahn , along with new members Emily Armstrong as co-vocalist and Colin Brittain (songwriter/producer of G Flip, Illenium, One OK Rock) as drummer.

The band's last visit to Brazil was in 2017 for the Maximus Festival Brazil with vocalist Chester Bennington , who would pass away two months after this performance , at the age of 41.
