Linkin Park's last studio album was released in 2017.
Linkin Park 's lead singer , Mike Shinoda , spoke in an interview with iHeartRadio about the future of Linkin Park, following the death of Chester Bennington , who committed suicide in 2017.
“I don’t know. That’s the million-dollar question, right? And unfortunately, I’ve said this before, but unfortunately, there’s no answer at the moment. It would be amazing if there was [an answer].”
“If someone comes and says, ‘Hey, Linkin Park, do you want to do a show in Germany?’ then you have to have a discussion with all the guys, and you have one guy who’s like, ‘I definitely don’t want to do that,’ and you have one guy who says, ‘I don’t know. Maybe. Maybe we shouldn’t do that,’ and two guys who say, ‘We definitely need to do that,’ and then there are concerns. All that noise, that’s not something I can deal with right now, and it’s not a jab at anyone.”
Mike Shinoda's solo album, Post Traumatic , will be released on June 15th.
