Linkin Park has announced a second date at Allianz Parque in São Paulo, after tickets for the show scheduled for November 15th sold out.
The band will now also perform the following day, November 16th. Tickets will be available for pre-sale to Santander customers on October 1st (Tuesday) and for general sale on October 3rd (Thursday). Both shows start at 10 am.
The band last performed in Brazil in 2017 at the Interlagos racetrack, two months before the death of lead singer Chester Bennington .
The band led by Mike Shinoda recently thrilled fans by announcing an official comeback, 7 years after Bennington's death. The new lineup features vocalist Emily Armstrong and drummer Colin Brittain .
Linkin Park releases their new album, From Zero , on November 15th, the same day they perform in Brazil. The first single, "The Emptiness Machine," was released simultaneously with the band's comeback show, which featured new members and compiled the greatest hits from their discography in a 1-hour performance.
Currently, the group is touring Europe, where they recently premiered their new song "Heavy Is The Crown," which will be the theme song for the 2024 League of Legends World Championship – already available on digital platforms.
