Limp Bizkit released their new single “Making Love To Morgan Wallen” this Friday, the 12th. Produced, composed, and written by all the band members, the track marks their first new work since the album Still Sucks , from 2021.
The new song references both Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington and David Bowie , as the first verse indicates:
“Damn, I miss you, Chester / Sending love from a bass compressor (Love you) / Ground control with a soul like Bowie”
In translation: "Damn, I miss you, Chester / Sending my love from a bass compressor (I love you) / Solo control with a soul like Bowie's."
The song is part of the soundtrack for the video game Battlefield 6. It is scheduled for release on October 10th by EA Games / Hollywood Records .
Limp Bizkit in Brazil
Fred Durst , John Otto , Sam Rivers , Leor Dimant , Wes Borland , and Joel Eriksson are coming to Brazil for a single show in December, and tickets are already on sale on the Eventim .
The band will perform at Allianz Parque in São Paulo on December 20th, with special guests Yungblud , 311, Acca Vandal , Jody Husky, and Slay Squad.
The band's last visit to Brazil was at Lollapalooza Brasil 2024 in São Paulo, on March 23rd.
