The accident happened at Rock Am Ring in Germany
A lightning strike hit the famous German festival Rock Am Ring, injuring at least 42 people, 8 of them seriously.
This is the second time lightning has struck the festival, which this year had an estimated audience of 45,000 people and featured acts including Black Sabbath, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Volbeat.
The festival organizers issued an official statement saying, "The police, firefighters, and the Red Cross responded quickly to the injured .
