The veteran heavy metal band from Espírito Santo, Lifeforce , premiered the first music video from their upcoming album, Apokalipsis . Officially released at the fourth edition of the online festival Caio Indica, the music video for "At the End of Times" marks the band's return after almost 15 years since their debut .
With the addition of vocalist Heron Ribeiro , the band stabilized its lineup and began re-recording the vocals for the album, scheduled for release in the second half of 2021. Besides Heron , the experienced Lifeforce by bassist Alexandre Lopes , guitarist Junior Comper , Matheus Cutini on keyboards, and Gustavo Bride on drums.
Apokalipsis is a concept album that, without any religious or doctrinal aspect in its proposal, addresses the theme through the first-person narrative of a character who experiences the events recounted in the Book of Revelation from the Christian Bible, divided into 12 parts, which correspond to each of the album's tracks, with the exception of the song Black Books , which deals with a related theme.
The album release is expected to be accompanied by exciting news, which the band will gradually reveal over the coming days and months. In the meantime, check out the music video for "At the End of Times" below.
