Paul Gallagher , older brother of Noel Gallagher and Liam Gallagher of the legendary British band Oasis , has been accused of rape and other crimes, including death threats. This information comes from the British newspaper The Telegraph ( via Extra Globo ).

London's Metropolitan Police began the investigation in 2023. Since then, investigators have gathered evidence that led to Paul being indicted for rape, sexual assault, coercive control, strangulation, bodily harm, and threats. The trial is scheduled for August.

According to the police, the crimes occurred between 2022 and 2024, with a woman as the victim. Authorities stated that she is receiving specialized support from agents trained to handle situations of this type.

A delicate moment for the Gallagher brothers.

The accusation comes just as Oasis is undertaking an international reunion tour after 15 years apart. Although Paul never officially joined the band, his family relationship with Liam and Noel has always attracted attention because he is the only brother who didn't achieve fame—unlike the two who formed Oasis—sparking media curiosity about his relationship with them, especially since he worked as a DJ and never had any artistic involvement with the duo.

The three brothers grew up together in Manchester, England. Paul is one year older than Noel and seven years older than Liam. Currently, he lives alone in London, in an apartment acquired by Noel. In addition to his work as a DJ, Paul has also worked as a photographer, as reported by The Telegraph .
