Columbia/Legacy Records has released Leonard Cohen , "The Goal," an acoustic track featuring a poem written by the singer-songwriter.
The release coincided with the announcement of Cohen's first posthumous album of unreleased material, who passed away at age 82 in November 2016. Titled Thanks for the Dance , the album will be released on November 22nd and is already available for pre-order.
Thanks for the Dance will feature guest appearances from musicians such as Beck , Damien Rice , Bryce Dessner , and more. Listen to "The Goal" below, then check out the album cover and tracklist.
