The album has 10 songs
In an interview with Steve Göldby Talks Metal, Jim Voxx, guitarist for the German band Skew Siskin, revealed that he is putting the finishing touches on a solo album for Lemmy. According to the musician, the work could be released later this year.
Siskin said:
“We are in the final stages of Lemmy’s solo album. I still don’t know when it will be released because it’s in the hands of Motörhead’s management and it took a while, but you know, Lemmy left so many things, so many other recordings, we had to separate everything. And we’re in no hurry to release the album, so I imagine it should come out at the end of this year.”
Regarding the album's material, Siskin commented:
“The songs were composed by Lemmy, and when we started doing this, it was in 2003, and he didn't have a concrete idea of what he wanted to do, so he asked me to work on it with him because I could provide the studio when he needed it (…) We put the songs together and we have ten, and we thought we were going to release them a long time ago, but when Lemmy got sick, he stopped working on it. But the recordings are all done.”
