Lemmy 's final gift to friends , from Motörhead the singer's ashes were sent to loved ones inside a revolver bullet with the musician's name engraved on it.

's Ball host Riki Rachtman posted a photo of the bullet he received with the precious gift. According to Loudwire , several people close to the vocalist confirmed receiving the same item.

In a recent interview with Little Punk People (via Blabbermouth) , Rachtman said he had no idea about his friend's plans. Before the icon's death, Lemmy's manager was in charge of collecting the addresses of the people selected to receive the artifact without raising suspicion.

The bullet was sent by mail, but the package had no sender information. “I didn’t know what it was. I thought, ‘Wow. That’s cool.’ And the marking says ‘Lemmy.’ (…) I wondered if it was from Lemmy’s belt or something,” confesses Rachtman, alluding to the characteristic belt full of bullets that the musician used to wear.

Everything was explained in a letter signed by the band. “My eyes started to get very, very teary. And I showed it to my girlfriend, and she started to get teary-eyed too,” he continued. “It’s the greatest gift I’ve ever received in my life. It is, without a doubt, my most precious possession. I’m making a necklace to keep it with me wherever I go.”
