The edition will be limited
A partnership between the German postal service German Post and the German newspaper Bild will release a series of stamps in tribute to the late Motörhead Lemmy Kilmister.
A series of 10 stamps will be released, and there will be an option to purchase a book containing all 10 collectibles, but it will only be available in Germany.
The German newspaper commented on the launch: “We are honoring the beloved Lemmy Kilmister with an official set of postage stamps for ordinary letters (…) A great artist, a gentleman, an honest and loyal person, an icon for many and an inspiration for artists and fans.”
The series will be available in Germany for a limited time, from May 17th to June 17th.
