Laura Jane Grace , the American vocalist who founded Against Me! and currently has a consolidated and exciting solo career, returns to Brazil in December for three shows: Porto Alegre (12), Curitiba (13) and São Paulo (14).
The tour, which still has dates in Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina, is produced by Powerline Music & Books , which is also the national publisher of the autobiography Tranny : Confessions of Punk Rock's Most Infamous and Sold-Out Anarchist .
The Latin American tour will promote the new album, Adventure Club , which will be released on streaming platforms and in physical editions in July. According to Laura, it's an electrifying and affirmative record. The album will feature 12 songs that emerged from the musician's month-long artistic retreat in Athens, Greece, including the already released singles "Your God (God's Dick)" and "Mine Me Mine".
Laura Jane Grace is accompanied by Mississippi Medicals , which includes her wife, Paris Campbell (vocals), as well as Greek musicians Jacopo Fokas (bass) and Orestis Lagadinos (drums).
The Latin American tour will also feature songs from Laura's other albums, such as her second, Hole In My Head , released in early 2024, a great punk album with folk and rock inspirations from the 50s and 60s.
