Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Laszlo Jones released the EP Beyond The Door , the successor to his debut album Banana Nation (2011), in November 2021.

The project features talented musicians, including Alex Skolnik from Testament on the track "Kill Myself," which opens the five-song EP, as well as drummer Ralph Salmins , pianist Michael Arrom , and arranger Marcos Barilari .

With a versatile voice, Jones explores different facets of rock in the project, mixing the more classic influences of songs like "Save My Soul" with the more modern touches in "Out of My Head".

The lyrics address the inevitability of death in "a futuristic and dark world, tinged with anger and a certain realism. It's a sensory, poetic, and violent journey, where I consciously mixed the authentic beauty of the images and the chilling sensation they provide," he explains.
