Lamb of God releases the single “Evidence” this Friday, the 6th, celebrating the 1st anniversary of the album Omens (2022) .
The track was created during the album's recording sessions and until now was only available on the Japanese CD version. Now, "Evidence" can be found on all digital platforms .
Regarding the single, vocalist Randy Blythe commented in a press release: “One of the most disconcerting aspects of modern life is the conscious rejection of empirical facts in favor of emotional comforts in the echo chambers of the internet. Truth is not subjective, no matter how uncomfortable that may be for some people. Art, however, is subjective, so enjoy the music regardless of how you choose to interpret it.”
Also to celebrate the 1st anniversary of Omens (2022), Lamb of God is releasing the documentary Making Of: Omens . Initially released in 2022 through digital platforms to be viewed only by people who purchased limited physical CD and vinyl packages, the documentary can now be watched by everyone and demonstrates a more inside look at the writing and recording process of the band's ninth album.
