In August of this year , Lamb of God announced a coffee named after their song "Memento Mori." Now, the group has announced a new product.
Titled Overlord, the coffee uses beans from Brazil, El Salvador, and Guatemala to create "very rich chocolate notes" and a smoky flavor. The new product takes its name from the sixth track on the album VII: Sturm und Drang , from 2015.
The idea came from guitarist Willie Adler and his passion for making artisanal coffees and exploring different flavors around the world while on tour. In partnership with Roastworks , the coffee company of Between The Buried And Me Paul Waggoner, the coffee is for sale on the band's official website for $20.
