Pop star Lady Gaga, who is receiving a lot of attention from the heavy metal world this week, will perform with Metallica at the Grammy Awards ceremony next weekend. In an interview with Apple Music, the singer said she has seen the band several times, and that the idea for the collaboration came about when she was talking to Lars Ulrich at actor Bradley Cooper's house.
After saying that Lars is "amazing," Gaga commented that she recently went to see the band live: "I have to say, I went to see Metallica live. I mean, I've seen them a few times, but I saw them recently and I was watching the show and I have to say, those guys are playing better than they've ever played in their entire lives."
The Grammy Awards will take place on February 12th in Los Angeles and will be broadcast in Brazil on TNT.
