Kurt Cobain used an acoustic guitar to record the MTV Unplugged session
The guitar that Kurt Cobain , guitarist and vocalist of Nirvana , used during the recording of MTV Unplugged, was given to Frances' ex-husband in a divorce settlement.
During a five-year relationship, two of which she was married to Isaiah Silva, her ex-husband claims that Frances gifted him Kurt Cobain's guitar.
The instrument was at the center of a legal dispute between the two, but Isaiah managed to win and retain possession of the guitar.
Currently, Frances is focusing on her music career.
