House where Kurt Cobain died is haunted by the singer, says real estate agent.

According to the real estate agent, no buyer wants to purchase the Seattle residence

The house where Kurt Cobain lived is haunted by the artist's spirit, according to an employee of the real estate firm Ewing & Clark Inc.

Even though it's for sale, no potential buyer wants to acquire it: "It's difficult to sell, many people believe that his spirit still occupies the place," said the employee.

He adds: “His spirit, I believe, haunted the house. And I believe his wife, Courtney Love , I knew it.”

In an interview with Interview Magazine , Courtney revealed that after demolishing the area where Cobain committed suicide in 1994 and moving from Seattle with her family, she received a visit from her ex-husband.

“When I moved to Hancock Park from Seattle with Frances and Edward [Norton , the singer's boyfriend at the time], I saw Kurt in the chair for a moment. He said 'hi' to me and then left,” Love recounted.
