Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love 's former home in Seattle, USA, has been put up for sale for US$7.5 million. Built in 1902, the residence had previously been sold by Love in 1997 for US$2.9 million.
The advertisement describes the sale as a unique opportunity to acquire the house with its original structure; however, it does not include the greenhouse where Cobain was found dead in 1994. The room was demolished by his widow after the Nirvana .
The real estate agent responsible for selling the house released a photo of the property, which you can see below. Kurt and Courtney bought the house in January 1994 and lived there until April, when Cobain passed away. Three years later, she sold the property.
