Scourge of the Enthroned is Krisiun's 11th album.

Monstro Discos/Sangre has announced a deluxe vinyl edition of Scourge of the Enthroned , the latest album from Krisiun . The album, the 11th of the band's career, had previously only been released internationally by Century Media.

Recorded at Stage One studio in Bühne, Germany, it was produced by the band themselves along with Andy Classen . He previously worked with Krisiun on Conquerors of Armageddon (2000), Southern Storm (2008) and The Great Execution (2011) . The new album manages to be even more devastating than the band's previous works.

The cover is based on Sumerian mythology. It features an image of three ancient gods who transcend the beginning of creation, represented by the incredible art of Eliran Kantor .

The sound on this album is much more complex and organic. The songs are faster and more brutal than on previous albums. Pure, relentless death metal.

The vinyl edition comes on a 180-gram LP, with a deluxe gatefold cover, and pre-orders are already open at the Monstro Discos with a promotional price and deliveries scheduled for July 22nd. A must-have album in the collection of any headbanger who enjoys more extreme sounds.
