Korn released this week the first episode of a documentary series that will discuss their album The Nothing in September of this year, and their current tour.

The series, which will be released in parts over the next 15 days, will show the creative process behind the album and also discuss the lavish tour the band has been presenting in recent months. "Every night the audience is surprised and everyone goes crazy," says guitarist Brian Welch at the beginning of the video.

At just over six minutes, the episode focuses primarily on the tour and production of the shows, but it's impossible not to comment on the weight that vocalist Jonathan Davis brought to the work. The musician lost his wife and the mother of his children in 2018 and has since dedicated his pain to creating The Nothing.

“It’s crazy and very emotional. Sometimes I can’t take it and I cry at the end,” he says in the video while talking about performing the song “You’ll Never Find Me” during the tour. “It still hurts a lot. I’ve been through a lot.”
