Korn is expected to release new music in 2024, says Brian Welch.

The band's most recent album was 'Requiem', from 2022.

According to guitarist Brian “Head” Welch Korn music should be released in 2024.

Head participated in The Joe Kingdom Perspective and commented on the band's current work status, although he didn't give many details about new projects.

"Yes, we'll have new music next year. I don't know, we're kind of keeping a low profile at the moment, doing our own thing," he commented briefly.

Brian Welch also hinted that the group should do something special to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their debut album, Korn (1994) . He commented on how "insane" it is that the band has come together again over the years:

“Some members are taking a break… One is out of the band and another is taking a break. It’s all good. I was away for almost a decade and came back. I came back after a decade, so you never know what’s going to happen.”

In 2022, Korn released their most recent album, Requiem . In an interview with Wikimetal , drummer Ray Luzier spoke about the importance of the new album and being surrounded by people who believe in the group's purpose, from the crew to the fans.

According to journalist José Norberto Flesch , Korn was scheduled to perform in Brazil sometime in 2023. At the time, there was speculation about the band's participation in the second edition of Knotfest Brazil , which was later postponed to 2024. To date, Korn's visit to Brazil has not been officially confirmed or announced.
