The album features guitarist Brian Welch.
Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis posted on Twitter that recording for the new album is complete. In a second post, Davis says: "By far the best album we've ever made."
The album brings back guitarist Brian 'Head' Welch, who had parted ways with Korn in 2003.
Welch, who announced his return to the band earlier this month, told Rolling Stone: “I knew we’d have fun playing together again, but we wanted to be sure before committing to making a new album. And since we got into the studio things have flowed and we’re really looking forward to the fans hearing it.”
The new album doesn't have a name yet and is expected to be released by September, according to the band's official website.
