Bands played in Massachusetts
At a show in Massachusetts on the evening of the 20th, Korn and Stone Sour vocalists Jonathan Davis and Corey Taylor paid tribute to Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington, who committed suicide that same morning. Videos of the moments can be seen below.
Stone Sour, who were opening for Korn, dedicated the song "Through Glass" to Bennington, with Taylor clearly emotional saying: "We lost someone today. I lost a friend. And this was one of his favorite songs. And I want to dedicate it to him. Chester, we will miss you."
Korn dedicated the song “4 U,” with Jonathan Davis saying, “I want to dedicate this song to our boy Chester Bennington. Let’s make some noise for Chester. We love you, brother!”
