Slipknot, Korn , and Anthrax have been confirmed for the next edition of Knotfest Japan.
The two-day event will take place on March 20 and 21, 2020 at Makuhari Messe, near Tokyo. The Iowa band, organizer of the festival, will headline both nights.
Anthrax will perform on March 20th and Korn on the 21st.
The first Knotfest took place seven years ago in Iowa and moved to California two years later. In 2016, Slipknot and Ozzy Osbourne joined forces for the first Ozzfest Meets Knotfest, with both performing on different days.
There are talks with producer Cory Brennan about transforming the festival into something entirely international. However, there is no confirmation of an edition in Brazil.
