The organizers of Knotfest Brazil announced on social media that they are evaluating the possibility of maintaining the dates for December 2021, but warn fans that the event may need to be postponed to 2022 due to the pandemic.

Last Tuesday, the 18th, the organization released a statement saying the following: “Folks, we continue working at full speed to make Knotfest happen. But we are also respecting the current situation in our country and we sympathize with all those who have lost loved ones, victims of Covid-19.

We monitor and analyze the pandemic situation daily, as well as the vaccination rate in Brazil and other countries in South America that will also host the festival.

The current situation is very delicate, and we continue working with the international team to make Knotfest possible in the safest way possible for the audience, the production team, and the bands and artists – in all countries.

We are making every effort to hold the festival in 2021. If this is not possible due to the pandemic, rest assured that we will reschedule it for 2022.

We can't wait to open the festival gates and resume activities in a sector that has suffered greatly from the pandemic. We hope you understand the situation in our country and know that as soon as we can, we will bring you more information and updates.

We really want to create unforgettable moments again, and we will, together.”
