Slipknot continues to expand the horizons of the Knotfest festival with the first edition in Finland confirmed for 2022.
The festival will take place in the city of Turku on August 12th and 13th of next year. In addition to Corey Taylor's band, the event will feature Nightwish, Bring Me The Horizon, Lamb of God , and Arch Enemy among the bands already confirmed.
With Finland now on the map, Knotfest has either been held or confirmed in more than seven countries, not counting the United Kingdom and the event's cruise.
The first edition of the festival in Brazil will take place on December 18, 2022, at the Anhembi Sambadrome in São Paulo, with Slipknot and Sepultura among the most anticipated bands by the Brazilian public .
