While the Kiss biopic on Netflix is still awaiting official confirmation, fans can get excited about the first trailer for the documentary Biography: KISStory , produced by the A&E channel.
Directed by DJ Viola and featuring confirmed testimonials from Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons , the documentary about the band's career will air as a two-night special on American television, with the first episode on June 27th.
In the trailer, Simmons reminisces about the band's early career and describes the group, then featuring Ace Frehley and Peter Criss , as "four idiots who came off the streets of New York," while Stanley mentions "a secret" he kept from his bandmates early in their career.
Another project revolving around the band is a documentary about the life of Eric Carr , the group's drummer who died in 1991, confirmed by presenter Eddie Trunk and with the support of the musician's family.
