After celebrating 40 years of existence, performing at Super Bowl XXXIII and the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, Kiss has now been recognized as the band with the most Gold Records in the history of the Recording Industry Association of America's (RIAA).
In addition to the 26 gold albums the band earned, the 4 solo albums released simultaneously were also recognized as Gold Records.
Kiss has amassed 14 Platinum albums, 3 Multi-Platinum albums, and last year the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
