Fran Stueber , guitar tech for Kiss and a personal friend of the band members, died from complications of COVID-19 last Saturday, the 16th, at the age of 52.
In accordance with the safety protocols adopted by the band, all team members have been fully vaccinated and are taking hygiene precautions, such as wearing masks and using hand sanitizer.

Both on and off stage, I depended on him immensely. My family loved him as much as I did. He was as proud of his wife and three children as they were of him. I am numb,” the vocalist lamented on social media.
The band also released a statement regarding his passing. “We are all devastated by the sudden loss of Fran Stueber. He was the heart and soul of our incredible extended family. It’s impossible to find words to explain the impact this loss has had on his wife, three children, and the Kiss family. We are numb,” they posted.
In August, Stanley and Gene Simmons tested positive for the disease , and some dates of the band's farewell tour were postponed until both recovered, and have since returned to work.
