It's hard to believe, but October is almost over, and that only means one thing: Halloween is coming! And one person who seems really excited for the celebration is Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett .

“One of them is called 'High Plains Drifter' and the other is called 'The Incantation'. They're not finished yet, they're still in the mixing stages,” he adds. “I mean, I have to get the rough mixes , but I have four tracks now. And the four tracks are like four different movies, man. They're not movie soundtracks, they are movies. They tell a story.”

This isn't the first time the artist has shown his love for the genre, considering his collection of guitars inspired by horror films, and his memorabilia on the subject in the It's Alive .
