Killswitch Engage performed at New England Metal & Hardcore Festival with the memorable presence of the band's former vocalist, Howard Jones . With a setlist of eighteen songs, Jones sang three songs with his former bandmates.

In a breathtaking show, Killswitch Engage revisited and performed songs from all of their studio albums, including tracks from their debut album, Killswitch Engage, to the group's latest work, Atonement.

The surprise of the night came when Howard Jones joined the band on stage to play "Rose Of Sharyn" and "Take This Oath" from the 2004 The End of Heartache . Jones concluded his set with a duet of "The Signal Fire" with Killswitch Engage vocalist Jesse Leach .

Howard Jones was the vocalist for the metalcore group from 2002 to 2012, during which time he recorded four albums. Since leaving due to mental health issues, the vocalist has remained active, with Light The Torch and Sion his most recognized works.
