The band Matadoro is one of Wikimetal Groover platform .

The Brazilian power trio formed by drummer Alex ( Rocco ) in Curitiba, bassist Jr. Vasconcelos in São Paulo, and vocalist, guitarist and producer JC in London, United Kingdom, recently released the single “O Vício”.

The band said in a press release that the independent music delves into a visceral theme: a person's internal battle against their own addictions.

The track has an official music video, which was directed and produced by JC. It features a special appearance by Angela Girão, which brings a visual intensity to the song's narrative.

One of the trio's main characteristics is their powerful and profound lyrics in Portuguese, and "O Vício" is no exception. The song showcases Matadoro's versatility when it comes to writing meaningful music in Portuguese.
