“I knew everyone and joined Megadeth when they already had the songs almost ready to go into the studio. So, out of respect, you don't go into someone else's house and start saying 'the wall color is ugly. I don't like the sofa.' So I was very respectful of the band's legacy, I just sat and watched. I listened to the ideas, and tried to absorb and understand where they were trying to go. Because a band is a concept. So you need time to understand. And then I started saying some things. Some were aligned with the concept, some were a little off. Some things were used on the album, I'm sure.”.

“Dystopia” will be released on January 22nd.
