Former Megadeth guitarists Kiko Loureiro and Marty Friedman have announced a joint tour that will visit eight Brazilian cities. The performance is part of the tour for Kiko Loureiro's new album, Theory of Mind . Tickets are already on sale through the guitarist's website .
The unprecedented meeting between the musicians promises a celebration of both their careers, with hits that are being discussed between the guitarists. Kiko Loureiro revealed: "We are exchanging messages and thinking about something that will be special for the fans, both of my career and his."
The tour marks Kiko's return to Brazilian stages, and he will be accompanied by renowned musicians Bruno Valverde on drums, Felipe Andreoli on bass, and vocalist Alírio Netto . “It’s a joy to be with such a talented band on this tour. I can’t wait to see the fans again and perform the songs from Theory of Mind alongside Marty,” commented Kiko.
