Kelly Osbourne spoke in a new episode of her family's YouTube podcast, The Osbournes , about regretting giving up music. The daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne continued working as a TV presenter and hasn't performed or released new music in almost two decades.

The podcast has nearly 500,000 subscribers on YouTube and shares the same name as the MTV , which earned the production an Emmy. In the reality show, which ran for 4 seasons and 52 episodes, the family became known for their dysfunctional lifestyle. In the podcast, the Osbournes appear together in episodes with diverse themes.

In episode 243, titled “Sharon’s Demonic Attack”: How the Osbournes Survived Ghostly Encounters, Kelly is asked about singing with her father again. “The only problem is that when my dad and I sang together, we got really emotional, we started crying and we couldn’t finish a song,” she replied. 

Osbourne also shared that he misses the routine of recording and performing. He said that he definitely regrets abandoning music. Kelly achieved success around 2002 with covers of famous songs, in addition to releasing three albums: the pop-punk album Shut Up in 2001, Changes in 2002, and his last work, Sleeping in the Nothing , in 2004.

Rumors that the singer was leaving the music industry surfaced in 2005, and Kelly denied them: "I don't know where the rumors came from, I just recorded a version of 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' with Cyndi Lauper ," she told NME in November of that year.

Marriage and children

photos of Kelly with Sid Wilson , DJ of Slipknot surfaced online, along with rumors that they were together. In May of the same year, the couple announced they were expecting their first child , through a photo on their social media. Sidney, son of Kelly and Sid, was born in January 2023 and is Ozzy Osbourne's tenth grandchild.
