Keith Richards releases a commemorative edition of Talk is Cheap with six bonus tracks

The guitarist's debut solo album has received an incredible 30th-anniversary commemorative edition

In 1988, during a period when the Rolling Stones were inactive, Keith Richards released his first solo album, Talk Is Cheap . Now, the album has been re-released with 6 bonus tracks, including a cover of Jimmy Reed "My Babe".

With Steve Jordan (drums), Charley Dryaton (bass), Sarah Dash (vocals), Ivan Neville (keyboards), Bobby Keys (saxophone) and Waddy Wachtel (guitar), Richards went to Le Studio in Quebec, Canada to isolate himself from the distractions of the big city.

“There was something big happening and all I had to do was hold on to it,” the guitarist said in a statement released to the press, “We were having fun and you could hear that fun.”
