Iconic Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards is generating controversy by recently stating that "new rock n' roll" doesn't exist.
In an interview with Rolling Stone , the artist was asked if there was much new rock n' roll exciting him these days, and Richards' answer was definitely the opposite of exciting, “There’s no new rock n' roll. [laughs] It doesn’t make sense. There are great musicians and some great singers and all that. Unfortunately, for me, in music, it’s all been synthesized to death. Once you start synthesizing things, you’re not getting the real thing. But I don’t want to make a long speech about what’s wrong with synthesizers and music these days, just to say that they’re ordinary and corny. [laughs]” Wow! Do you agree with Keith?
The artist announced in early October the special box set of his show at the Hollywood Palladium , which will be released on the 13th, and last Wednesday, the 21st, he released a music video for the single "Hate It When You Leave," which you can check out below.
