The musicians came together to perform “Happy”

Last Thursday, the 15th, Keith Richards, Donald Fagen (Steely Dan), Mavis Staples, Lucinda Williams, and Norah Jones joined together for the second edition of Love Rocks NYC.

The event was created to raise money for the organization God's Love We Deliver , which seeks to provide nutritional assistance to families suffering from serious illnesses in New York.

During the benefit event, several artists performed on the Beacon Theatre stage, including guitarist Keith Richards who invited Gary Clark Jr. to play "Happy," a track from the Rolling Stones' tenth studio album, Exile on Main St.

Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top, Emmylou Harris, Ziggy Marley, and Warren Haynes also attended the event.
