The album will be released in August.
Vocalist Kai Hansen (Helloween and Gamma Ray) has announced the release of his first solo album, titled “XXX”, a reference to his 30-year career.

“Thirty years in Metal is a hell of a long time. Over the years I never recorded a solo album. It’s really cool and a lot of fun to create something without any boundaries, and to have a new vision of music ,” commented Hansen.
Other musicians on the album include Eike Freese on guitar, Alex Dietz (Heaven Shall Burn) on bass, and Daniel Wilding (Carcass) on drums, and the album will feature several special guest appearances yet to be revealed.
“XXX” will be released in August.
