The rock band Junoplast Cave has a new song out: “In My Head” is the latest preview of their upcoming EP, How To Stop Bad Thoughts
“The song portrays a person going through internal conflicts, where they can't pinpoint the origin of their dark feelings, but they know that a large part of them are caused by their own paranoia, so much so that the lyrics emphasize that they don't know what's wrong with them and that their greatest enemy is 'in their head',” explains vocalist Matheus Brevis .
“'In My Head' was the song that defined the new path for Junoplast Cave. We had already composed others before, but when we produced 'In My Head,' it was as if we had truly found ourselves,” says bassist Arthur Cunha . “At that moment, we realized we were starting from a new beginning. It was at that moment that we found the balance between fuzz, distortions, synthesizers, and screamed vocals that we consider the ideal measure! All the other songs were composed with this aesthetic concept that we discovered in 'In My Head'.”
Junoplast Cave consists of Matheus Brevis (vocals and synthesizers), Ruann Magno (guitar, synthesizers and backing vocals), Arthur Cunha (bass, synthesizers and backing vocals) and Daniel Furtado (drums).
