As promised, Judas Priest has begun writing sessions for their next studio album.
Yesterday, the 3rd, guitarist Richie Faulkner shared a photo in the studio alongside Rob Halford and guitarist Glenn Tipton . With the image, Faulkner indicated that the veterans are "forging the iron" for the successor to Firepower .
The three musicians met after Tipton stepped away from performing due to a Parkinson's diagnosis. However, the guitarist later confirmed that he will still contribute to the group.
“Giving birth to the new babies of metal,” Faulkner revealed this week via Twitter, where he wrote: “2020 writing sessions with the great master Tipton and Mg RHRF ('Rock Hard Ride Free').
