Judas Priest surpasses Eurythmics and for now holds the last spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Bon Jovi leads nominations for 2018.

Of the 19 nominees for the 2018 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame so far, Bon Jovi leads the voting, followed by The Moody Blues with an 80,000-vote lead.

The report issued by Cleveland.com states that the big battle is for the fifth and final spot, with the Gods of Metal, Judas Priest, having just overtaken Eurythmics and now among those chosen.

The ceremony will take place on April 14th, but the winners will be announced in December, and fans can vote here .

The band's frontman, Rob Halford, commented on the importance of the nomination and believes it is essential for Heavy Metal.
